Brendan Grant is a third generation Hawkes Bay builder and has worked all over New Zealand and England. Brendan and his team have excellent experience and expertise in all areas of building. We realise that building or renovating is an important, exciting and often stressful time. Our goal as a building company is to add that personal touch to that process and to take the pressure away from the home owner so that it can become an experience to remember. Grant Property & Construction Limited is a member of the Certified Builders Association and is able to offer the "10 Year Home Build Guarantee" on work completed. We offer full build contracts, new homes, alterations, additions, renovations, light commercial, property management, labour only or just helpful advice.
